The house is set back from the road and approached by a gravel drive. The ground-floor is open and light and principally divided into three main spaces; an open-plan sitting / dining / kitchen area, a large reception room and a study / guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Useful space has been designed for a pantry, a utility room and separate WC. An entire wall of glazing connects the downstairs to a wide decked area and the garden beyond, accessed through bi-fold doors.
